Plan Reviews
New Avenue Support Coordination will assist you in comprehending your NDIS plan, connecting you with reputable services and providers, maintaining an updated profile of your progress and accomplishments and communicating them with the NDIA, guiding you through the plan review process, and providing you with the assurance that we are dedicated to delivering optimal support at all times.
Our Support Coordinators can assist with any type of plan review including Review of a Decision, Change of Circumstance or Situation, Agency-Initiated and Participant Request Plans.
Quality and Document Control
With over 15 years of experience in document control, quality systems and auditing processes, our Support Coordinator knows how to navigate the many Legislations, Standards, Codes, Policies and Criteria used by the NDIA when reviewing your NDIS Plan.
As part of our support coordination services, we stay connected with you and your greater care team and support network to allow for accurate and secure record management so everything you need is ready to go, exactly when you need it.
